"Staff super friendly. Food good. Beautiful rooms. Did not like loud music everywhere by unknown artists. Pool chairs rock hard. Check in staff not very nice..abrupt. Also there was construction noise in new wing around 2 pools. Adult pool ok."

"Beautiful property, very clean with great landscaping and wonderful staff. Good choice of restaurants. However, there was one entire area of the property that was reserved for "preferred" customers. No proevious indication of this, no gates or anything, but we were told to leave on of the pools because we were staying on the wrong part of the property. The Oceana restaurant was also off limits to us, with no previous indication. The "seim-out" pool in front of the room was nice, but not...

"This is my second time to this resort in less than a year. It’s very beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Some folks brought their own speaker one day and that was pretty annoying- but not the resorts fault. "

"The property was beautiful and had multiple options for a family to be entertained. The only issue I had was some of the staff’s lack of attention to people of color (specifically, the preferred client’s cabana area on the beach). We went several minutes without being responded to while people around us were being catered to."
