He was there whenever we needed assistance and made sure to check on us every day to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com"
