"Amazing stay! The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. If you are looking to stay away from the louder ‘party zones of Cabo’, but still want to be in walkable distance to that and the marina, this is the spot. The entire staff, especially Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we had the best stay. Very attentive, highly recommend. We will definitely be back! "

"Alex at our check in was excellent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the hotel and room concept. Tou can’t get a better location for the art walk in Thursday night but it come at a price. The music from the restaurant hotel was so loud until 11. After that ended the music from local bars from the area played until the middle of the night. The air plugs provided were not very useful. The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately we will not stay here again...

"If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us."

"The resort is lovely, smaller resort but perfect distance to most things, food needs work it’s ok but not great, they do have grill service for rib eye steaks and chicken but have to ask for bacon. And sausages only served on some days, poor selection and variety but all in all omelettes are on point! The steak and chicken good, salmon in Italian nite great pasta meh bit in Italian so I know good pasta, the grill bar is ok too good hamburgers and the salsa and guacamole are nice too drinks good!...

"People who work here are great. Area was awesome and beach amazing. Only thing for me was I was put in a room above the tennis court so was very noisy at times. Otherwise patio was great could hear the waves crashing. Would stay again and bring my family."

"The room was perfect for us! Spacious and clean. One of the beds had 2 bent legs but didn’t affect anything. No hot water water in the shower but it was ok, not freezing cold, kind of refreshing actually. Pool looked nice but didn’t have time to use it, next time. Will stay again! "

"The staff at this property are wonderful, especially our concierge Gabriel. The property is nice, the rooms were clean and modern and the beach was lovely. The food is ok but even after dining at one of the restaurants, we would still end up at the buffet because it never seemed enough. We had some issues navigating a gluten allergy too as some of the menu items are mislabeled and the servers are not well informed. There isn't much to do in the evening which is likely fine for young families....

"The Marquis is a beautiful all inclusive hotel! The food is delicious with good options, the pools are great, the gym is well equipped, the rooms are beautiful, and the entertainment is very good. You have everything you need right at the resort, and if you want to add excursions, it is easy to do through the concierge. We highly recommend this all inclusive resort!"

"Absolutely beautiful, friendly. Hard workers,especially loved ceclia our omelet lady. Always happy, she was fantastic. Italian was delicious, tried the steak house, food was very good,service not so much. Our first te we were rushed through dinner.. my husband got his dessert before i finished my meal. . Thought we would try a second time, still was not happy about service, food was ok..overall hotel, staff, fantastic. Would definitely come back! "

" You cannot beat the location. Its walking distance to everything. The staff was extremely good and freindly. The only real area that it lacked on was the food options. The food was good but lacked in options - especially for lunch. My advice would be to vary the menu a bit on some days. "

"My wife and I were looking for a break from reality, El Encanto All Inclusive Resort at Hacienda Encantada was that break. Beautiful, relaxed, lovely staff, excellent facilities, dining options and magnificent views. It was an idyllic experience, we loved it. Wish it was longer."
