The property is close to the airport. However, the shuttle service does not go out of their way to accommodate disabled passengers. Upon arrival, did not offer water and when I informed the staff of this, I was told to wait for refills… after an hour, still waiting

The property itself was very nice and location is convenient if you're flying from JFK, however it is very far from the city (about 40-60 min using public transportation). Not everything we needed was provided in the room and we had to ask the staff for multiple amenities that should have already been provided such as hand soap, conditioner, and sufficient towels. The staff was also not accommodating at all when it comes to drop-off/pickup as the parking is VERY limited. We got yelled at to move our car while loading it with our luggage and CHILD. We ended up having to leave the property to load the car and setup the car seat in the cold rain.
