The kitchen is a big plus to our stay especially the microwave. The room is not to bad for the size. The location is very easy access to everything. The only thing is the elevator. It really needs some improvement. It is very slow. But except for the elevator it's overall well recommended. We are absolutely going back again.

Great small hotel close to everything. Right in the theater/hells kitchen district and a few minutes to Times Square - theres alsona subway station a minites walk so easy access to wider NYC. Room was beautifully clean and we'll equipped, everything we needed for a city break as a couple (would be on the small size for more than 2 if using the sofa bed) The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the included breakfast was super handy and saved on eating out in the mornings which was a bonus! Would recommend and stay again! Thanks to the whole townplace suites team for a wonderful stay!

We loved being able to walk to many major Christmas attractions. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a suite. The only negative was the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable, but very few are.

This have been our fourth time in New York and definetedly this hotel has been our favorite!!! Its in the middle of the action BUT without the noise and the hustle. Walkable to absolutley everything and subway very near. The rooms are small but very well kept and the kitchen is a plus. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The best part was the people working there.. superb service .. Michael.. Maria and the others took really good care of us!!!!

It’s a nice little property in the theater district and near Times Square. Has breakfast buffet. Small rooms but adequate. Need more noise proofing - could hear all the noise in the hallway when people walked by. Overall good value for the price.
