Hotel location and lobby ambience is great. but service is not up to the mark from what you should expect at a 5 star resort. Elevator maintenance is a major issue impacting health and safety of guests and hotel staff. Rooms need maintenance as well.. staff service needs to be improved as well.

This is a 5 star hotel, for which you pay thousands of dollars. But there was no coffee or tea in our room. They don’t provide even water. You have to walk for 10 mins to go get coffee in the morning. The check in lines are long as staff is less and overworked. Guest service times are long. If you ask for anything takes them ages to get it to you. Have never paid this much and got so little out of a hotel.

The beach access was the only thing great about this hotel. The rooms are ok, linens were shaggy and stained. The staff weren't not friendly or helpful at all. The valet parking is also something else- $75 per night with no other option. Also, if you have a complaint, good luck with getting any help or talking to a manager. Save your money and stay somewhere else with cheaper valet and better quality of service.

We loved it. It was a wonderful time. Everyone was so nice to us. What a great experience and the nightclub oh my God it was like being inside a music video. And the drink drinks so delicious mixologist really know what they’re doing there. We would totally recommend going again.
