"Every staff member I met was so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful! From the doorman to the front desk! The hotel itself is in the perfect location, within walking distance to everything. I stayed here to see a show at radio city. It was only a few blocks away. The room itself felt a little outdated but I liked it because it was giving classy! Absolutely no issues with the room or this hotel. I felt completely safe and I didn’t have to wait forever for...

"Rooms were adequate. Small, but we weren’t in the rooms except to sleep. Had enough areas to charge devices. For a weekend of shopping and site seeing the small space was sufficient and price good. Would stay again for a similar weekend. "

"This cozy room was the perfect location and an incredible price for being right in the heart of Manhattan, steps from Penn Station and a variety of subway options. Lots of local cuisine all around, safe and secure as well as clean. A little noisy but in Manhattan that is a given and nothing do about it. "

"It was amazing to come back to our room each day and have had room service come by. Beds were made each day and it smelled cleaned each day. Front desk staff were amazing and the car service from hotel to airport was top notch! "

"Great area right by the falls. Booked a room with the view of the falls and got a penthouse room. Everyone was nice, staff was helpful, parking is available at a small cost per day, it's self parking a few blocks away but there's a free shuttle at any time. Overall a great experience. "

"I was impressed with the cleaning of the room and the hotel areas , the rooms are small but it’s normal I guess for NY . The breakfast was good , I will definitely stay again . So far just waiting for the security deposit to be reimburse. "
