"It was ikia tower .. first room had broken AC and smells .. changed to new room but had some smell. We were told the tower is old. Not given access to pools. Overall was nice to stay in the area. "

"The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great for enjoying the beach and shopping nearby. The room and kitchen were spacious, and there were plenty of convenient amenities in the private room, such as a microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, and a washer and dryer. However, the building overall felt a bit old, and the washer didn’t seem very clean. While the details felt slightly lacking, considering the price, it was a satisfying stay."

Disappointed in food options (Maui Brewing was good as a bar food place, disappointing and loud with a non-beach vibe as a high-end dining experience...bring back HuiHui!). Also disappointed in the maintenance along the beach path. Weeds and shrubs way overgrown, impeding walking."

"Unfortunately, we sort of got downgraded it seems and received a smaller room when I asked if there was anything higher up than the fourth floor. Agent did not mention this room would be considerably smaller and closer to main street. We were disappointed but, it ended up being adequate enough. "
