This hotel was nice and conveniently located right next to the Grand Central Station. There were many places to eat nearby as well. The room itself was fine, it was spacious enough not to feel cramped and had everything we needed. We did no have any issues with checking in/out. Overall we had a nice experience, and would return if we were back in NYC.

Walmart quality pillows and bedding. Housekeeping will open doors regardless the occupied hanger. No standard to housekeeping upkeep, you have to call and ask for everything. Understaffed and long lines at check in at all times.

Staff are amazing and very helpful. Location is great because it’s right next to grand central station. 4 starts because the room furniture felt well used with some stains on them. Also, the doors to the hallways don’t block the sounds from the hallways. There are large gaps at the bottom of the doors so all night long you could hear other peoples doors slamming making it hard to sleep.
