El servicio de los empleados fue excelente, desde la entrada. El hotel es hermoso y en un buen lugar y accesible. Quede encantanda con el hotel, un poco costoso pero me encanto. Necesitan mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. Entre la pared y el lavamanos en el piso habia mucho polvo y basura acumulada. Tenia varios detalles de polvo. La bañera se tardaba en bajar el agua, estaba tapada. En la habitacion no tenian cafetera y todos los hoteles cuentan con cafeteras y cafe para prerarase en las habitaciones.

Nice hotel in a great location. Place was clean and safe. You can’t enter without a room key. Rooms were modern and surprisingly quiet. Room was large, but the bathroom was small. I’d definitely stay here again.

The surprise “Destination Fees” upon check in was very unexpected and disappointing. Parking was bad. Terrible view/no view from my window. Noisy ice machine outside of my room. The staff were nice and the small restaurant had excellent food, service and ambiance.

We had a great stay at this Hyatt. Phenomenal location -so close and walkable to everything NYC has to offer. We had a room on the 30th floor with 2 double beds that we shared with 2 of our children. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Definitely be back at this property again!

We stayed for 2 nights and we were left with no bath towels, I called housekeeping and frontdesk to ask for them at night, they said they were going to send them right away and I had to call 3 extra times in the morning. I never got them, I had to run and find a housekeeper and ask for the towels myself.
