"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience. "The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."
