"Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff is very attentive, and the rooms ae great. For some reason, the plastic nut inside the tank on the toilet flush handle was so loose that the toilet wouldn't flush. Being a home owner, I raised the lid on the toilet tank and finger tightened the nut. Works great. Breakfast was fantastic."

ALL the staff were polite and professional, making us feel honored and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our suite was modern,spacious, and very comfortable. We LOVED all the amenities, and even spent our last day relaxing and enjoying the pool,sauna,and gym. If we are ever back in Vietnam, we will be sure to add a few nights in HCM just to stay here again."
