"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but...

"Hotel’s location is walking distance to most of the iconic areas. However, traffic in front of the building is always clogged and noisy. Staffs can communicate clearly in English and quite helpful. Breakfast is good enough for the day. "

"Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Very prompt service for requests for towels, etc. The staff man this hotel and Ailen Garden 1 a couple doors down. When there wasn't a staff member in AG 2, there was always one outside of AG 1 to come right over and help. It had all basic amenities (AC, wifi, hair dryer, etc), plus a fridge that worked well, and a safe (it's small, but it's secured to the closet floor, so someone couldn't just grab it and go). Perfect location to nightlife, restaurants, bus...
