"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but...

"Pros: good location Cons:-not buffet breakfast, therefore, limited choice. No free drinking water. I booked this hitel before the trip. I had to leave HCMcity after first night due to my schedule. I was told that I used 1 milk bottle in the fridge eventhought I did not use it! About staff: My relative came to visit me. "Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Very prompt service for requests for towels, etc. The staff man this hotel and Ailen Garden 1 a couple doors down. When there wasn't a staff member in AG 2, there was always one outside of AG 1 to come right over and help. It had all basic amenities (AC, wifi, hair dryer, etc), plus a fridge that worked well, and a safe (it's small, but it's secured to the closet floor, so someone couldn't just grab it and go). Perfect location to nightlife, restaurants, bus...
