"All the staff at the Grand Hotel Saigon were unfailingly helpful, efficient and pleasant during our stay. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner in the rooftop bar and restaurant (Tip: Ask for the Vietnamese menu if you want to eat Vietnamese food. There is a separate menu for those wanting western food). Great staff

"Great staff and very helpful. We had a late flight and we were able to wait in the bar. A friend sent us a banh mi sandwich by Grab and the bar staff let us eat in the bar. Also, were able to take a shower in the spa before we left. "

"Perfectly and centrally situated. Breakfast included a bounty of delicious options. Rooftop bar and pool, small but entirely adequate. I highly recommend spending a little extra and booking a signature room with miniature balcony, I believe all other rooms include a faux window. Staff were pleasant and accommodating contrary to the experience of other reviews. At about $170 CAD incl., p/n I felt I received excellent value. "
