Our honeymoon at Silverland Mây Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially Oxcar, Tony, and Nhu—made us feel incredibly welcome. When we faced an unexpected airport transfer issue that was entirely out of their control, they stepped in swiftly and graciously to resolve it, ensuring we arrived at the hotel without stress. Their exceptional care and efficiency immediately set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The level of service we received surpassed anything we’ve experienced at other 4- or 5-star hotels. The romantic touch of swan towels and a rose petal-adorned bed was truly enchanting and left my wife delighted. The property is a great base to explore Saigon. It is very clean, comfortable and ideally located. The pool is nice and the bar up there is good with friendly staff. Breakfast selection lets it down a bit but that would not stop me going there again. All in all an enjoyable stay.
