"All the staff at the Grand Hotel Saigon were unfailingly helpful, efficient and pleasant during our stay. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner in the rooftop bar and restaurant (Tip: Ask for the Vietnamese menu if you want to eat Vietnamese food. There is a separate menu for those wanting western food).
