If this is a true 5-star hotel, then different choices in pillows should be offered in the event someone is allergic to goose/down feathers. I was told bc this is a 5-star hotel, only down/goose feathers are available. However, the lack of choices makes this an issue and definitely not up to par with real 5-star hotels. I was told to buy my own pillow of choice. This does not feel like a 5-star property and the amenities were lacking. Cleaning staff can also be improved.
