What impressed me most was how everything worked perfectly. The air conditioning was quiet, the water pressure was great, and even the curtains blocked out the light completely. It’s the small details that made a big difference.

Booked three nights, could only stay one night as being in the room made my sister and I very ill. Black mold visibly on the wall and smelled of mildew and just overall dirty. Asked to be switch rooms, couldn't as they were full. Politely requested a refund as we couldn’t stay, they said no and were not friendly nor accommodating. Don’t book through EXPEDIA or with THE NOBLE SWAN SAIGON you will be disappointed and it could damage your health.
