Very good service from everyone in luggage to front desk to concierge. Location is convenient to Broadway and Times Square. The resort fee and taxes on top of the room rate are high, not sure I'd stay here again.

Based on previous stays at the Westin I left disappointed after this trip. The rooms seem to be slipping into disrepair, and the service at the Foundry was less than stellar. The breakfast area was an exception as we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the morning staff.

Seriously, there’s a daily fee to use the WiFi, and even to get a key for the fridge. On the plus side, it’s within walking distance of Times Square and subway stations.

Checked in late. No details given. She didn’t even say the room number out loud just handed the keys with number written. WiFi? Think we had a credit per day…no clue.? I hate giving money to someone that acts like I’m bothering them.

This is me and my partner go to hotel here and Atlanta we try other hotels but I thing this will be the hotel we will be going to for now we going two Washington next for a mini vacation are Atlanta for vacation thank you y’all for making us feel welcome .
