Quick 'daddy/daughter' trip and everything was great. Extremely convenient to everything, and the staff was very nice (forgot his name, but the gentleman that helped us store our bags both when we got there before check-in and also after check out while we enjoyed more of the city before leaving for the airport- he said he just started working there, but he was so incredibly nice and helpful). Thank you for a great trip.

It’s an average hotel . Nothing special . Rooms are small . Bathroom is even smaller . Location is fine but if you don’t leave the A/C on you will hear everything outside , trash trucks , workers etc in middle of night . Front desk was friendly , ordered a couple extra pillows , over an hour later , on a slow night mind you , no one showed . Called the front desk to cancel them and all I got was a weak , I’m sorry . Will probably go back to Club Quarters down the block next time given their rates are comparable. It’s a very mid hotel . Vanilla .

This hotel is the perfect location. 8-15 minute walk to most major tourist attractions. Rooms are small, but clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to all our requests. I’d stay here again!

Best location to get the full experience of time square and 5th avenue in New York and it’s within walking distance to Central Park. Room was clean and very comfortable. Exactly what I expected as far as size in NY. The staff was friendly and gave suggestions on things we would enjoy. I’ll be back for another stay and this will be my first choice for all future NY visits.

I was put in a room below ground level, which properly should not be given to customers. The room's entrance was blocked with all carts and trash collected from the entire property. The room floor tile joints were black due to the moisture being below ground level. Totally unacceptable. Next day morning, although I was promised to be moved to a better room, the morning front desk person denied that citing a reason that they were fully booked which was not the case. After a lot of reasoning and haggliine, they gave me another room which was much better.

Staff is super friendly. Lobby/check-in area is small and can get a bit claustrophobic where it gets busy. My room was clean and faced inward so there wasn’t any street noise. Free breakfast was fruit and pastries. I only stayed one night so I don’t have a ton to base this review on, but overall it was a pleasant experience and I would book again.

Rooms don't have much space that you can walk around, no table that you can eat inside the room, and there is a lot of noises by the person clean the rooms because the hallways are very tiny that two people cannot walk at the same time. They stated that they offer free breakfast, but what they provide is just coffee, juice and croissan'wich. They charge too much money for what they can offer to the customer. They were also forced to close because they did not meet the standards previously, and they barely open but the letter from the city is still on the door pending to remove the restriction that they by them. Don't trust the photos that they advertise in the website.

The front desk manager who doesn’t like to identify himself, but his name is LIMA (sp?) Absolutely the worst!!! Our room didn’t work and his solution was the cancel the reservation and for us to find another hotel with two kids in tow. Great solution! He is not helpful, and thinks because he says things nicely, the or politically correct that the underlining meaning of what he says changes. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to any families. If your single traveller and it’s just a night stay might be okay.
