Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. WiFi in our room was poor. We could connect but it wouldn’t work with our devices. Shower was difficult to use properly and soaked the bathroom.

The staff were great! Very polite and welcoming. The lighting in our room could have been better, more or brighter lights would have been nice. Our room was very basic. The carpet looked dirty. The corridor on floor 15 had a musty smell. Over all the hotel was nice.

Staff were friendly and we felt safe there. Great location! We had a king size room and it was spacious by NYC standards. Well maintained property. If we come back to NYC, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wow! What a great stay at the Courtyard! All I can say is BOOK this place, you won’t regret it. 3 min walk to Times Square, CVS located a minute away. Staff super friendly, I was amazed that we got housekeeping everyday! Ever since Covid most places did it every 2nd day, so I was pleasantly surprised !!
