"We stayed here for a night before our flight. The hotel is easy to find and near Heathrow. There was a large queue at the reception each time we went downstairs. It’s rather a warren of a building and a few times we took a wrong turn. Our room was fine, a good size but a bit dated with limited plugs and no USB sockets by the bed (first world problems I know!). "Great value for money. Great breakfast and dining options. Cooling / heating system wasn’t working in my room but heater provided. Very good transport options. Didn’t use option for day rate but really like that it’s available. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"This is a very convenient place for those who drive to London. Parking is right beside the hotel with a £15 fee per night. Elizabeth Line is a 5-minute drive away with a parking lot where you can leave your car and commute via tube through underground tube. Also good deal for breakfast if you book thru this platform. There is a shuttle if you need to get to Heathrow Airport"

"We had booked the hotel for hotel and parking while away in New Zealand and we added an additional night for our return. Both rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The reception staff member, who was the same on both visits was very friendly and efficient."
