"This is an older, huge hotel that has been mostly well-maintained. No awards for modern or swank but convenient and quiet given the location. My mistake was to not lay on the bed before 11pm. A lack of information regarding how to get to other places in London and even where to get to the Union Canal for walks.

We stayed there thinking it was close to airport. Got train from Paddington to find there is no escalator or lift to get over platform. With suitcases very inconvenient. Hotel was good and we got taxi/uber to terminal 3 arranged by hotel.
