"Nice hotel overall. But the staff is not the most helpful staff you will meet, especially if you speak English. You can also hear noise from upstairs if you have a loud neighbor. It is located near shopping area, so it’s nice to walk around it."

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."

"Lovely my stay here. All staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage wheel broke on my way to the hotel and one of the in house staff fixed it for me. I was very well looked after, especially by staff member Amy who went above and beyond to help me around, especially not knowing the language and area very well. Highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza when in Shen Zhen!"

"Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. I didn't get the room type I have booked and the counter staff asked me to check with Expedia when I have no data/wifi nor a mobile (flat battery) to call. Room is okay but be careful everything in the room is chargeable including drinking water. Corridors to the rooms are...

"I’ve stayed here for the second time, each stay has been for a week minimum. It’s a good clean no frills apartment hotel. Ideal for business travelers who are spending less time in the room. The breakfast is quite basic but good enough to get going. "
