"We stayed at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Units are spotless clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better."

"The midnight snacks are not great but hey it’s free! The location is amazing. A minute away from 5 coffee/boba shops! Lots of food options and attached to a huge electronic shops. Would definitely stay again. "

"Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it"

"1- The public can take an elevator from the street directly up to these Serviced apartments without going through the Hotel Lobby. this was a security issue as some stranger kept on knocking on my door and ringing the bell. 2- The Apartment Stinks. Smell of sewer. in order to get fresh air you need to open the windows and this brings in Flies and Fleas. 3- Location is quite good. Metro station is very near"

"Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by. "
