"Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it"

"Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by. "

"The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. It was lovely to be greeted by...

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."
