"This is the 2nd time I stayed at Fraser Suite Shenzhen. Love the location, proximity to shopping and plenty restaurants to choose from. Facility is clean and quite well maintained. We were checked in by Zoey. She is warm, client focused and personable. She also assisted us with restaurant booking which was very much appreciated. "

"Really comfortable stay for a family of 4 ( 1 baby and 1 toddler). They have even have slippers and toiletries ready for the kids! Location was extremely convenient. Walkable distance to major shopping areas and kids entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again when in SZ. "

"I reserved a room for 1 night with breakfast. The staff have been really nice to try to justify that no mini bar in the room, no breakfast in the hotel but 1 voucher for the partner cafè store outside. Unbelievable expensive cost for this type of offer. WiFi didn't work and no battery in the balance. Position is good, in Centre area, walking distance to subway and MTR, Clean enough for stop and start, but be careful about the cost. tooooo expensive."

"Check in was fine in the end. Hotel and hostel bookings are obviously different, so she gave me a scare when she said my name wasn’t coming up! Initially, the hostel seemed nice.
