"This is an old property but with Shangri-la brand and management for many years, the staff team has been able to upkeep in terms of cleanliness. Housekeeping and the manager were very responsive to request. Always maintaining a smile. In terms of services, it is top notch. However, I think it is about time to consider rennovation or upgrade to suit the changes in the technology realm e.g. USB/Type c charging, adding more power points etc. "
