A Safe and reliable. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Laundry, kitchenette, mini office. The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. A The rooms were superbly fitted out. Lux bathrooms and firm comfortable, clean beds. The toiletries were also off high quality. The room climate controls were cutting edge and the temperature was always pleasant. The staff were very friendly, even offering to order a midnight snack and deliver it to my door. Will stay again!

Coming from Canada, I found this hotel to be absolutely perfect. The suite was incredibly spacious, among the most I've ever experienced. The staff greeted me warmly and were exceptionally friendly. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient. And the morning breakfast buffet, included in the stay, was both amazing and extensive. I would unquestionably choose to stay here again in the future.

Great Shenzhen hotel.

Fraser is great. Hotel staff very much accommodating. Breakfast is delicious. Love the roofdeck gym and pool. Only complaint, sometimes internet gets kinda slow. But its alright. Hiro (Manager) is helpful. Channing (front desk) is an expert with the parcels and luggage. They gladly kept my luggage since i wasnt able to bring it to my flight cuz overweight. Will definitely be coming back.
