"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. "It's a functional stay if you have a conference nearby, as my partner did. The property is very spacious but has its years. The room is huge and adequately equipped. The breakfast buffet has a variety and offers a great view of Kobe. The only two thing we did not totally love, is the distance from town, although the shuttle service is great; and also the noisy kids running around breakfast. Otherwise, it's great and convenient."
