This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, with plenty of food options not far away. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel exterior looks amazing. However, the room was incredibly small for my husband and me. We’re both tall, so we struggled to rest comfortably and use the tiny bathroom, especially the shower. To my surprise, the hotel didn’t feel as representative of Japan as I had expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue, there was visible dust in the corners of the room, around the safe, and even near the bed. Although housekeeping came every day, it seemed like they only tidied up the room rather than thoroughly cleaning it. They would take out the trash, change the pajamas and towels, but not much else. Overall, I wouldn’t expect too much for the price you pay here.

Room was small, but that is what I expected, being in Japan. The Bathroom and beds were very clean. Except i noticed the room was dusty. Wood panels on one side of room collected dusts that I only found out when I shone the light on. Overall it was a satisfying stay. So conveniently located, close to train station and shinsaibashi-miju walk line-all the way to the famous Glico San.

Everything was fine but better suited for visitors 5’2” or under so you don’t hit your forehead everytime you sit down on the toilet. Travellers with more than a carry on should consider a room larger than two twins.

My partner and I were looking to wrap up our Japan trip at Bespoke hotel however, it was a disappointment. Upon entering into our room, we immediately notice a strong odour (which we assume could be the smell of mould). There was a very loud noise throughout the room which we thought could be from external then turnouts it was the fan from the bathroom. We noticed stain on the bed cover as soon as we lifted the blanket, not just one spot but 3 different spots. Carpet was not vacuumed meticulously either - there was a bunch of hair on the floor especially on the edge of the carpet which seems like it got pushed to the side and got forgotten. When trying on the provided pajamas, a ball of hair fell out! Even after requesting room cleaning service, bed sheet wasn't changed and there was still hair on the carpet especially around the edges. Though the location is convenient to explore the area, we noticed a handful of other hotels along the same street. Would not return.

Easy Check In and friendly staff. Overall the stay was good, bed comfortable, very easy to find and near a lot of stores/restaurants. The one sore point was the smell of the bathroom. We had a staff member come help on the 2nd night of our 4 night stay, they attempted to clean the toilet but the smell persisted after. I would recommend having a thorough clean of the bathroom if possible.

Staff is exceptional. Property is very clean. The only thing I'm really not fond of is the standard rooms are very tiny. There are isn't even enough room to open up a luggage, let alone 2 luggages. If you're traveling alone with only a carry-on luggage. The hotel is excellent just book a bigger room if you plan on staying here.
