"Hotel is conveniently located by a train station. It's also far away from the busier sides of Dotonbori and Namba. I was able to get a good night's sleep, no problem. Staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"Heat central location just above Namba station which made it very easy to travel around the city. The room was clean, modern, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge variety of both western and Japanese offerings. The highlight was the sauna, Japanese bath, and cold plunge. The gym was also well equipped. The lobby is wide open with plenty of seating and drink options (maybe food too). Staff was attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"A definite treat staying here in Osaka Super luxurious and relaxing staying here and an added bonus to to your own laundry if needed. Definitely felt relaxed and buffet breakfast was superb!"

"Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do."
