"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash...

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"It was our first trip to Japan. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved how family friendly it was. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children and the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and the luggage transfer to our next hotel was a breeze. "Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. Our TV didn't work upon arrival but we never bothered to ask them to fix it. We also left a pair of headphones there which were claimed to not be found but again that's more on us for...

"it seems efficient if everything is automatic and self served, but on the other hand, there's no warm interaction with staff, so it also looks cold and unfriendly. i would also suggest the amenities be put into the rooms, and NOT letting the occupants take them freely, people are greedy, they would just take and take, getting what they think worth of how much they had paid. one more thing, somebody tried shuffling with our door lock in the middle of the night, and woke us in shock because of the...

"I loved my stay here. This hotel is DIRECTLY connected to the closest subway station, so you don't need to step outside to get here. There is an elevator directly from the underground to the lobby. This is right in the central shopping area of Osaka. Great access to restaurants, as well as Dotonburi (although it's touristy). I recall the bed being a little small for two ppl but that's just how Japan rolls. The bed was also nice and firm and i didn't have any back pain from sleeping. "
