"Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. "This place is a 3 story building with mini apartments that allow you to cook for yourself. Plenty of roomand amenities in the apartments. The only downside was the host, unless it's a (Japanese/Kyoto thing that I don't understand). He was quite grumpy and didn't seem to want to either interact with us, or even be there at all. This is reflected by the interesting staffing hours of the reception and check-in instructions. A minor mark, otherwise, very good. "

"i love this property. it is big and with all the tatami floor all over the property, it is very nice. the onsen was good , never crowded. breakfast was awesome lots of selection. the room we had was spacious. I will go back to Onyado Nono for sure. "This is a wonderful hotel. The staff was very hospitable and made us feel welcomed. We arrived at the hotel early and they held our luggage until check-in and delivered in our rooms when we came back later. They provided all the amenities we needed and free snacks.
