"Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. "This place is a 3 story building with mini apartments that allow you to cook for yourself. Plenty of roomand amenities in the apartments. The only downside was the host, unless it's a (Japanese/Kyoto thing that I don't understand). He was quite grumpy and didn't seem to want to either interact with us, or even be there at all. "The location was great, easy 5 min walk to subway and bus. Only 15 mins to market and shopping. The room was comfortable and a good size for Japanese standards. It is nice to have a kitchenette and there was free water. We only received 1 towel each and had to ask for extra towels which was not a problem. I asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any, that is a first and very unfortunate since it made my sleeping less comfortable."
