"Love this property. We had difficulty understanding how to use washer and dryer as well as air cleaner. It would be have been nice if someone walked us up to our rooms and showed us how to use these appliances when we arrived. The property is very serene but it is too dark, which made it difficult to safely see where I was walking.maybe better for younger clients. "

"Just recently stayed 3 nights with my brother and our mum. This was our 2nd visit and once again did not disappoint. Want to say a HUGE thank you to Yuko and Zun in particular for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much. It’s people like you that make our stay even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff are also so friendly, The hotel is amazing.
