"Michi was so helpful at check-in by walking us to the villa and explaining a bit about the villa’s history and amenities. When we needed to forward our luggage, he was also the person that helped us by writing the information in Japanese to better assist the delivery person. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The only improvement we could recommend is that the seats sink a bit too much and needs to be repaired. "Incredible property. Perfect for larger groups (mine had 6). You get the whole building to yourself and it’s separated by bathroom (which has a private Onsen), bed rooms, and living room. There were some minor issues but the host was very communicative and quick to fix such as a toilet not flushing or soap dispensers being empty. Overall fantastic stay"

"Omgosh I had the best stay here and I loved the aesthetics here. I loved loved loved the rooftop bar. There’s 3 dining options and I cannot believe they even had a gym. Everything was super clean. The front desk reservationist was amazing loved Moe!!! She recommended spots, would book whatever I needed as far as dinner resos and local massage resos. She was my translator when I needed assistance booking local things with others who didn’t speak English. A lot of English speaking staff here. I don’t think I ran into one staff member who didn’t speak some English. Wish I could have stayed longer and I felt beyond safe here! I also walked everyone bcs it was all so close and convenient "
