"Accommodation was excellent with main room, kitchenette, bathroom and separate kitchen. Be aware that the bed(s) are futon style but comfortable. Also second bed was not made up prior to our arrival…we had to construct it after check in. Location is good and within a 10min walk of Hiroshima station. 1 star taken away for the lack of options and coffee choices for the included breakfast."

"Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "For anyone that values a kitchenette while traveling, this place is great. However, I would caution that it is not for everyone. I am reasonably fit, but carrying my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs, in a narrow, winding staircase was a bit of a challenge. The place is older and could do with a refresh, but clean and well maintained. It is a stones throw from the Hiroshima tram system (Honkawacho station). "The location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do in Hiroshima. It was incredibly comfortable especially considering the price point. The staff were very helpful when we needed to print some Shinkansen tickets. The room, while still small, was still far more spacious than our other big city stays. Great size and layout. "Room was fantastic. Everything was great I can’t really complain. Beautiful location and near everything. My only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable, so much so I had to knock it down to a 4 star. Other then that it was great!"

"Fantastic hotel and service. You will immediately feel the warmth of this place the moment you first step onto the property and greeted by the front concierge woman. The women that checked us in was absolutely perfect for this position. She was caring, spoke very good english, and even upgraded our room to a world class ocean view room. I would only stay at this hotel if i'm in Hiroshima again."

"a very spacious and beautifully decorated hotel the staff are very friendly and the beds are very, very comfy. Two things I didn’t like about the hotel are no deluxe double rooms with large beds, only twins bed. This is something the hotel could change. For me another letdown was the breakfast I found there to be some items that were poor quality such as the croissant, butter and in general the pastry section the breakfast was very much catered for Japanese style rather than continental visitors. The omelette station give us a very few ingredients inside omletette chefs could have been more generous."
