Very nice Hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, the courtesy coach from Hotel to the Main Train station every 15mins is definitely an added bonus to help get around

Great size room in a very large hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was excellent (large with great amenities) especially for Japan. Was a distance from Osaka station but provided a bus shuttle which was convenient. Limited amenities in the immediate area. Nice pool but have to pay to use.
