"The hotel location is EXCELLENT! Big Ben is just steps away!!! The hotel was very clean & this was so appreciated. The hotel was also much bigger than expected! "One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to be offered early check-in instead. This was appreciated as we were able to change, freshen up and squeeze in a nap. " The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. So much so I brought extra tea bags extra milk and some biscuits of my own. To date I have not spoken with any of the chamber women who speak English so they do not know what I'm asking them to...

"The hotel is beautiful and modern, located right across a metro station and steps to Tower Bridge. Rooms are very comfortable. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that included a fully equipped kitchen. Welcome gifts (chocolates) were a nice touch. Thank you Francisca for an amazing service. "Warm and friendly welcome at the desk. This hotel has a charm about it. The ensuite room was clean, with a small refrigerator, clean towels, coffee maker, good shower and lovely view. The bed was OK feeling thin and used. Plenty of pillows and good climate in the room."
