"Although the pub wasn't open due to the holiday season when we were visiting, it was a lovely stay! Great shower, room was comfortable! If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed!"

"Hotel was good quality and in a lovely condition on the river. Staff were friendly. Some things did not seem 5* standard like the coffee shop (messy with dirty rugs) and room size. The price is very high, but unfortunately that is the case for most London hotels on a Saturday night in a decent location. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional."

"There’s a problem staying here, which is that you’re never going to want to stay anywhere else. It is a terrific hotel, kind staff, gorgeous facilities and perfect in every way. I’m coming back to London in a month and don’t know how I will be able to handle not staying here! "

"Great location, ideal for what we wanted. Parking a big expensive but hard to find anywhere so good with parking under the building. Beds were so comfortable, a real treat. Everything just worked for us and no worries about coming back late. "
