The location is good, and some of the facilities (gym &spa) are ok. However the whole hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The bathrooms are old, furniture run down and the spa (esp saunas) need a proper clean and renovation.

The reception staff and concierge were fantastic, room was basic but nice. The staff in the main downstairs bar however didn’t come to our table once, we had to go up to the bar for every round and were charged service charge each time! The waiters also came round collecting lights from people’s table before last orders were called as well!
