"We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. A great place to stay in Da Nang."

View was great too. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is just right - in front of beach and walking distance to everything in the town Only thing to suggest to the hotel is consider charging F&M to the room instead of paying on the spot eg the pool area"
