"Booked only 1 night when we stopped by Nha Trang. Arrvied early in the monring so had to wait for the room but the staff was nice enough to offer resting area on the lobby & floor 7 where the pool is. The young front desk staff Jun was nice and tried his best to make the checking-in process smooth. We were offered the free upgrade to the fill sea view room which was really nice. We were also offered to checkout late at 2pm as our bus was scheduled in the evening, thanks to the quiet season...
