"We felt like royalty during our stay. Everything was exceptional. Service was prompt and efficient, the food was really good for hotel food, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We truly felt taken care of— especially with free shuttle service to and from the airport. For the price, this place cannot be beat! We had our laundry done and several meals and room service at the hotel all for very little cost. For people who care about the details: -Water pressure could be better but not...

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to everything. There’s even a Starbucks downstairs. The reason for 4 stars is that most of the staff did not speak or understand English. I haven’t had this issue in other hotels. "

"Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was well equiped with a 3/4 sized fridge that was super cold and it also had a microwave and a single element cook top. The night markets are next door to the hotel. Mini- marts across the street, heaps of places to eat, drink. The promenade along the beach front is really nice to walk along and the area felt safe."
