"It was alright. Very noisy, constant tour groups and chaotic breakfast area. Should have signs to noise level down. They like to shout in the corridor. Lifts take ages when there are lots of people staying, as lifts are slow. Dining staff and great. Recepionists alright. Some more helpful than others. Balcony not worth calling balcony"

"Stayed here for 7 nights. Staff were wonderful. Accommodated our request for a room change graciously on the first arrival. Always friendly. Vi in the dining room welcomed us each day. Breakfast had a good selection. Room was very clean. Can sign out towels for the beach which was only a block away. Nha Trang is a busy tourist spot and we were grateful to be able to rest at the hotel. Great deal for this price."

"Short walking distance to one of the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang, to the night market, and to the tons of restaurants makes the hotel is the best of the bests. On top of that, staff are so awesome. Anne and her team always greet us with smiles, friendliness and kindness. We will definitely stay at the Starcity again!"

"Our stay was very good. Great staff. Breakfast had many options. Its clean and has many amenities. Access to the beach with lots of local shopping a eating choices. We were pk the 31st floor at could hear the music from the club but didnt last to late in the evening. Also the sound from next room and the hall could be heard. Otherwise, for the value, location, service and cleanliness 5/5."
