"Firstly, the address given is incorrect. It is "Hoan Cau" apartment next to Highland Coffee on Tran Hung Dao, Loc Tho. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived at Nha Trang Center. We were in room 1501. Wifi was unstable, resorted to using mobile data instead. AC dripped water throughout the night, their technician fixed this problem promptly, but left our bathroom a mess (water and dust everywhere) which could've been cleaning the AC filter. "These apartments are nice ! However the pictures on the website are or the HOTEL beside it not of the apartments - the hotel is a little run down but has a washing machine and kitchen and BEAUTIFUL ocean view. The location is down an alleyway and office is on the 36th floor. Overall would stay here again."

"The rooms were old and dirty with bugs crawling all over when it gets warm. Plus it took ages to to get a lift down or up as too many people share the building. We stay only one night and was more than happy to forfeit the rest of our money by moving to better hotel. Signage for hotel pretty much non existent as it goes by different name in Vietnamese to what’s on the internet (Maika). There are so many more better hotels that are cleaner and newer and possibly cheaper too. DO NOT book this...

"This is a complex review. The accommodation is a sub lot, part of a large hotel. The hotel was great! Staff went way beyond what was necessary. However, the actual 'Premier Coastal' apartment had some serious flaws. It was a self catering room, yet very little crockery and no cleaning products had been left. (This is an expectation in rooms of this kind.) Also, as a part of the deal the maid service was only every 5 days. Thus without complaint we had no ability to clean anything, or have the...
