Hotels with Early Check In in South America

"The hotel was accomodating. I was pleased by several restaurants that they recommended. But room service was poor. I twice did not get towels and/or shampoo,, etc was not replaced. Bad room service was my main complaint.."

"This property is in a great location. Very walkable and it felt safe. The buffet breakfast included with the room is fabulous. My complaint would be with the room . I choose a standard room because on Expedia it had a 9.8 rating. We were in room 413 and this room was very tiny. It did not even have a closet. I had to phone the front desk and ask for hanger and a rolling rack to hang clothes. There is also a charge of approximately $2.00 dollars to make a cup of coffee in your own room. The...
