"Morrena Lodge was the perfect place for us to call home during our 4 day stint in Torres Del Paine. The location in Villa Serrano is perfect; anywhere from a 30min - 1hr ride to many of the hot spots in Torres Del Paine. The food is excellent! "The hotel is very well located. The room was very nice and roomy. The housekeeping could be a bit better. For example, the toilet paper was not replaced on one occasion and dirty glasses were not cleaned. In a few instances, the front desk person was messing around on their phone, which I think looks bad. "This is a cute bed and breakfast with super welcoming and helpful staff. The property is a little tired--I stayed in the "Santorini" room during rainy season and found water running down the stairs in my room. I got very little hot water in the shower and the room never seemed to dry out after the rains. "The house of famous artist Victor Delfin is literally one of a kind. On the cliffs of Barranco with unobstructed views of the bay of Chorrillos and the Pacific Ocean, unparalleled!!! "We stayed here as a couple in the room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and the area was nice. The only downside is that the water was off without prior warning and without anyone to contact in the early morning as we got ready to go to Machu Picchu"

"We really liked the room with river/Mountain View’s. The views were amazing. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and pleasant. It’s located away from the buzz of all the people so it is quiet, and right in front of the river and massive mountains. A couple of small nits I do have are that the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the shower would fill up with water. Overall, very happy with this hotel."
