"I was delighted in every way by this hotel. It is absolutely deserving of its 4*, i found it above European standards in aesthetics and comfort. The staff were both professional and friendly, allowing us an early check-in. There were no defects in the room (the only sign everything in it wasn't brand new was a little rust on bathroom vent), which was bright (with amazing balcony vdirectly onto the obelisk), comfortable, classy. Lobby areas are welcoming, cool, clean, and tranquil respite from hot street. Some visitors might find the glass walk-in shower cramped, otherwise everything was roomy. Some traffic noise is inevitable but it did not bother our sleep. Air conditioning worked well (although it was either on or off...no thermostat)."
